What started as a rocky road (completely at the fault of mister grumpy Gems) quickly became a smooth journey. The care, attention, and time Olivia gave to Gems, and continues to give, is absolutely amazing. The bond she has taken the time to build allows her to understand what makes him tick, when he is experiencing comfort or pain, and when he has reached his quota for the session. It is also clear by how he perks up when we park outside! I am so grateful for the patience she has had in treating him, and the support she continues to give him for pain management.
